Hello dear Cannons. I enjoy looking at your mission blog. It sounds like you are having some amazing experiences. It has been a while since I've checked your blog, so I was scrolling through some of your older posts and saw that you went to Rimouski. I was so happy to hear some of your descriptions of it, since that is where many of mom's ancestors came from. I have been doing a lot of family history work since last summer, and Rimouski, along with Kamouraska, L'Islet, and Riviere du Loup are all places where Mom's family came from. I don't know if any of those are in your mission, but it makes me happy to know you are there, serving with missionaries that could be teaching distant relatives. I told Mom and Erin that we should plan a trip to Quebec before you come home - both to visit/sight-see, as well as to do family history research. Anyway, much love to you.
