So much so that Pres.and I have tested it out for months now and it has made a huge difference in the safety of our driving. This video could save your life. WE HAVE tried it and it works. You will never have a blind spot for an auto to hide in again.
USAA insurance company, sent a flyer on this a few years back and we have been using this method ever since. It takes about a week to get used to it but it really works well. Lane changes and keeping track of approaching vehicles (from the rear) is a breeze. If adjusted properly, you should be able to see any vehicle behind or beside you through your rear view or side mirrors. Give it a try, I think you'll be a convert. This does NOT replace checking for cars in back and either side.
ADJUSTING CAR MIRRORS--not a joke!
After 40+ years of driving, I NEVER thought of adjusting my mirrors it this manner. I always thought I needed to see just a little of my own car on each side...NOT TRUE. I readjusted our mirrors on our car. Watch this & you'll adjust yours too!!
